• Meet all FMCSA and DOT requirements  
• Hold and provide minimum liability and cargo insurance
• Provide proof of workers comp or sign independent contractors' agreement.
• Dispatch should be accessible 24/7 when loaded. 
• Hold a satisfactory safety rating
• Sign and accept TDPort's Broker Carrier Agreement. 
• Live tracking is required for most loads.
